Yelp reviews
I've had multiple events back to back and some last minute and Dependable has always come through. The guards are always on time and on point.
The guards are responsive to directives and professional in the execution of their duties. The owner of the company, Mansoor Daud, is especially open to suggestions from our property manager regarding specific needs of the property being served by his guards, and he is quick to make any necessary changes suggested by management. The only thing keeping me from giving a five star rating is that with English not being the native language of the guards, communications are sometimes slowed and directives must be repeated or rephrased to get a specific point across to them. Although this is not difficult, it does require more time and effort from property management to adequately accomplish.
Overall, the guards do a consistently good job in the execution of their duties, the company owner is receptive to the needs of the property owner, and the fees charged by Dependable Private Security Services is quite reasonable. I, therefore, recommend them highly.
